The first 20 hours           The first thing came up in my mind is the "10,000 hours rules", and I thought where I can get that much time in my whole life, 10,000 is a stressful number.          Until I saw this TED Talk, 20 hours is more  easy, this number is more acceptable. This 20 hours is not any 20 hours, it means you need to practice at least 20 hours ,then you are actually learn something, and I think the most important is you have to separate you goal into tiny steps,  like 45 minutes a day, and keep doing that for 1 month, and at the end of the month, you will get a new skill, compare with 10,000 hours rules, is much more easy to do, and to archive.

1. Do you procrastinate sometimes?      Yes, but very less. 2. What are some of the things you procrastinate on?     Something too boring to do, or something too  challenge to do. 3. What are some causes of your procrastination?     No reason, I just don't want to do it right now.  4. What are some strategies you can use to combat your procrastination?     Every time  you receive a task, the first job is to separate it into tiny steps, the point is it have to tiny enough  to handle everyday, and put the everyday step in your reminder or calendar, you don't  have much to do in a day, so it more easy to do.

Facial expressions: even this is a tiny detail, everyone can still find out what you are thinking, if  you frowned when other people were talking, that may mean you were disagree with their point, or you accidentally rolling your eyes, that may cause fight or make people feel not respected.  b.  Hand gestures: hand gestures can assist you to express your point and your concept, like how big something is or how to use it,  that make people understand more easy.
Food delivery become so popular is because it's convenient, at the same time the covid-19 is pandemic, it just show up in the right time, so I also use it to order my dinner very often, almost everyday, I think as a modern person, lazy is a common problem in 21st century.
