    Yes, but very less.

2. What are some of the things you procrastinate on?

    Something too boring to do, or something too challenge to do.

3. What are some causes of your procrastination?

    No reason, I just don't want to do it right now. 

4. What are some strategies you can use to combat your procrastination?

    Every time you receive a task, the first job is to separate it into tiny steps, the point is it have to tiny enough  to handle everyday, and put the everyday step in your reminder or calendar, you don't  have much to do in a day, so it more easy to do.
